I've been providing evidence-based mental wellness services for decades and I'm passionate about helping you understand yourself in a powerful new way, restore balance and unburden from whatever is holding you back. I'm trained in a variety of therapy approaches but have seen the greatest healing and transformation through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a proven method which assists us in evolving from feeling stuck in distressing life experiences to self understanding, mental wellness and personal growth. My advanced training and experience in EMDR have enabled me to use this approach in a way that goes far beyond an exclusive trauma focus. My office is peaceful and private to assist in your comfort and healing. I do also practice at Nurture and Balance in Martinsburg on Tuesdays only.
